This photograph is simply breathtaking. The artist managed to capture such an astounding amount of content in the frame, creating a confusing but wondrous sense of confusion in terms of what exactly is trying to be focused. The lighting on the mountain is revealing and nicely brings out the form of the rock and snow formations. The sky adds a nice sense of color to the piece which nicely transitions onto the rest of the photograph in a nearly omnipresent glow.

ReplyDeleteI love how the trees look frosted by the snow, it really gives this picture character. Also I like that the mountain is the focal point and everything around it complement it.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Sage. The mixture of slightly pink and slightly purple lighting is incredible. It really accentuates the snow on the trees and boulders. It makes me feel like I can see on top of the world because I can see above and below the cloud line. Great find.
